BIO
From Corning, New York comes a new sound. A young man driven to share his creativity and God's purpose with the world. Currently a composition student at the Greatbatch School of Music in Houghton, New York, he has had music performed by the Houghton College Wind Ensemble including his work, Running Home. He has composed several works for voice including Everlasting Memories which has been performed by Dr. Kimberly PrinsMoeller, Amanda Cox, and Dr. Sharon Johnson and Love Lives Beyond The Tomb, performed by Rachael McVeigh and Dr. Sharon Johnson.
COMPOSITION
Ethan Carr is a composer from Corning, NY. He is fascinated by the combination of art song with more contemporary styles of accompanying, text setting, and singing. He also does composition for chamber ensembles and Wind Ensemble. His favorite type of composition is musicals and film.

VOICE
Teaching and equipping vocalists of all ages and abilities to find and utilize their voice in healthy and aesthetic ways is the goal of Carr Tunes. Ethan helps students find their own sound and gain comfort with their voice, so they can be confident when they share it with others in whatever facet they choose, from singing with friends, to professional performances, and everywhere in between.
